قام الباحث بدراسة بهدف وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الادارة المركزية للأداء الرياضي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، مختصا الدراسات المسحية لمناسبتها لطبيعة البحث ,ALGمجتمع البحث: تمثل مجتمع البحث فى الكوادر الادارية التالية (العاملين بالإدارة المركزية للاداء الرياضي سواء على مستوى الإدارة العليا: وكانت أدوات جمع البيانات الاستبيان لمناسبة لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه وكانت اهم النتائج تمكن للباحثون التوصل إل ىوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الادارة المركزية للاداء الرياضي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة بجمهورية مصر العربية

The researcher conducted a study with the aim of developing a proposed conception for the development of the central administration of sports performance at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the researcher used the descriptive approach, specialized in survey studies for their suitability to the nature of the research, ALG Research Community: The research community is represented in the following administrative cadres (employees of the Central Administration of Sports Performance, whether at the level of senior management: The questionnaire data collection tools were appropriate for the nature of the research and its objectives, and the most important results were that the researchers could reach thestatus of A proposed vision for the development of the Central Administration for Sports Performance at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Arab Republic of Egypt
